气缸盖分装线的输送线采用总线控制的非同步柔性输送线，由可互换的标准段组成，配合线上自动化设备可完成缸盖相关零部件的装配和检测。线上设备主要包括：气门导管油封压装机、翻转机、锁片压装机、气门拍打机、气门试漏机、气门下沉量测量机和喷油嘴凸出量测量机等。

The conveyor line adopts asynchronous flexible conveyingchain controlled by Bus line, which is comprised of inconvertiblesegments. The pulley is single layer with no rotary table. It isable to assemble valve, valve seal, valve spring, valve lock, valveseat, shim and camshaftable to assemble valve, valve seal, valvespring, valve lock, valve seat, shim and camshaft assembly incylinder head assembly as well as test valve gap and tightness.
